I am on this journey 4 myself and also to encourage my sister Zip. I am in pursuit of losing 50 pounds...WOW! I can remember, it has been some time ago, when I only weighed only 105lbs....And now, as of my weigh-in this morning.....200lbs! Do I feel it, not really, but my heart, lungs, and internal organs are playing squeeze, no, not the lemons, but organs...I have 2 live, and live more abundantly, in spirit and in health.
